in Kreuzberg, Hallesches Tor. A present from America to Germany in 1954 after having endured the soviet blocade. Conceived by german and american architects, amongst others Fritz Bornemann. Succesfully brought back the Modern Style, now called International Style, after years of rejection by the Nazis.
